An interactive session was conducted for students and parents of grades 9 to 12 on 27th August 2026. The session was led by Mr. Paul Machado, an educational consultant who helps schools with preparing processes and systems. The theme of the session was: “Success isn’t about working longer — it’s about working with intention.”
He spoke about the four fundamentals of success: belief in yourself, knowing yourself, setting SMART goals, and discipline. He advised students to identify their learning styles and work efficiently while keeping their SMART goals in mind.
The essence of the session was that exams matter, but the habits you build preparing for them — self-awareness, discipline, and attitude — matter even more.
“Never give up, as success favours those who see things through.”
