KG Admissions 2026–2027 (Boys School)
Application forms for admission to the Kindergarten (Jr.KG) will be issued as below. (No admission will be made without an application form.)
On-line forms will be available from the school website: www.stmarysicse.com from 14th November, 2025 to 15th December, 2025. On-line forms will not be available after 15th December, 2025. Application Fees to be paid online.
The qualifying age (cut-off dates) for admission are as follows:
Kindergarten (Jr.KG): Date of Birth from 1st July 2021 to 31st December 2022.
Parents, please note the physical verification of documents will be held in school on 5th & 6th of January 2026 only.
You will receive the date and time for the same. No requests for rescheduling of appointments will be entertained.
Both parents must accompany the child for submission and verification of the printed Application form. Parents must bring the relevant original documents along with the self-attested copies mentioned below.
You will need to come 10 minutes prior to the allotted time of interaction.
1. A colour print-out of the Application Form must be taken
a) No guardians are permitted.
b) If either parent is unable to attend the document review meeting, a letter stating the reason for absence must be provided along with the concurrence of the absentee parent in favour of the application for admission to the school for the child.
2. One Coloured Passport size photo of the child (45mmx35mm)
3. One Coloured Small size — Family photo (10 cm – 4×6 cm)
4. Municipal Birth Certificate of the child in English only. Official translation proof is required if not in English.
5. Proof of Residence:
i) (Ration card of family/Telephone bill/Electricity Bill/Passport).
ii) Aadhar card of father, mother and child
6. Baptism certificate of the child – in case of Christians only
7. Parents’ academic qualification certificates
8. For Parents who are Ex- students of St Mary’s School, ICSE, – Copy of the School Leaving Certificate
9.Siblings in St. Mary’s School, ICSE – Copy of the recent report card.
10. Caste Certificate (in the Child’s name) – optional.
11. Medical Certificate – Compulsory in case of disability.
Please note that the email address used to Register will be used for all communication, status updates etc. in regard to your application for admission.
Selection Process :
You will be informed via EMAIL of the status of your application.
Note: Please DO NOT Disturb the School authorities during the entire application process. There are very few seats available, so your cooperation will be appreciated.

Required Documents:
Keep scanned copies of the following in JPG format (up to 150 KB each) for upload: Birth Certificate & Final results of Std. X and Preliminary Examinations
Eligibility for Accounts
A minimum of 65% in Mathematics in Std. X is required.
Students without Mathematics in Std. X are not eligible.
Eligibility for Economics
A minimum of 55% in Mathematics in Std. X is required.
Students without Mathematics in Std. X are not eligible.
Application Submission
Submitting the form is just an application; the school will contact you if there is a vacancy.
Application Deadline
Apply online as early as possible. Late or incomplete applications will be disqualified.
Subject Combinations
Subjects will be offered based on interest, provided a minimum of 15 students opt for a particular subject.
Pleas note:
The minimum number of students required for integrated courses for Science is 20 students & Commerce is 15 students.
The online Pre-Admission Forms for St. Mary’s International School (Co-Ed.) will be available on the website from 10th October, 2025, and will remain available until 28th February, 2026
