At a very young age children should be taught to eat a variety of food, some of which may be tasty & others not. Nevertheless it should be emphasized that the child needs all these variety of food for his good health, growth & development. Nutrition is one of the three major factors that impact a child’s development.

Similarly the habit of reading good books is very essential at an early age to inculcate in the child a yearning for knowledge. This is good for the child’s mental growth & development. The best way to do this is to join a library that gives access to all the different genres of books which is not possible to store at home.
Literacy expert Mrs. Mandawat from BookEinstein conducted a reading workshop at school to help with the right strategies.
