On December 14, 2017, the Kindergarteners were excited to visit the Byculla Zoo and observe the animals in their artificial habitats. We left from school at 9.45am. The high light of the visit were the “Humbolt Penguins.” The boys excitedly watched the penguins as a one of them swam around and the others stood by. We walked around the zoo and saw a hippopotamus submerged in the water, a few spotted deer, and an active hyena. Later, we observed a lazy crocodile, a couple of elephants and the beautiful birds.
After that tiring visit to the zoo, the boys were anxious to return back to school and share their experience in class.
